Due to many lighters being obsolete and spare parts no longer being available, we can longer carry out any repairs on Braun lighters, Caran D’ache lighters, Cartier lighters, Dunhill Dress, Type S & Unique lighters, Givenchy Lighters, Gucci lighters, Hadson lighters, Lamborghini lighters, Maruman lighters, Porsche by Design lighters, Prince lighters, Ronson Touch Tip, Viking, Comet, any Varatronic models (including any battery or sensor operated lighters) and the new Mini Varaflame, ST Dupont lighters, Thorens lighters, WIN lighters, Zino lighters or any non branded Japanese, Korean and novelty lighters.

We no longer offer a service for customers wanting to bring their lighters to us in person, all lighters need to posted to us.

International shipping is no longer available, we will only return lighters to a UK based postal address.

Unless advised in advance, all our repairs and services come with our standard 6 month guarantee. Full services on Dunhill lighters come with a 12 month guarantee. Our standard guarantee includes all parts and labour, all inbound and outbound postal/shipping costs are excluded.

Most of the lighters we service are 40+ years old so can’t be returned looking like a brand new lighter. All serviced lighters will be returned well but sympathetically cleaned whilst working safely and reliably.

There is no charge for inspecting lighters however on the rare occasion we are unable to repair your lighter, if you would like to receive the lighter back, you would be liable for the cost of returning the lighter to you with UPS our courier partner. This cost is £10.00 uninsured, £15.00 insured to the value of £500.00.

Once payment for the repair or service is received we will usually have your lighter back with you within 10-12 business days.

We cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of lighters whilst in transit to or from us.

Unclaimed lighters will be safely disposed of after 6 months.
